Keeping It In America
Unique to a small manufacture we have two SMT pick and place machines to build our own circuit boards inhouse. We produce about 65,000 systems per year and have the capacity to double production. We also have a team of engineers and software developers to make and design industrialized embedded electronic products.
Creative Werks has partnered with a local plastics manufacture and control all tooling and production local to our Des Moines, IA facility.
In addition to tooling, manufacturing, and design we have an additional relationship with a testing facility for advanced environmental and durability testing that is less than 2 miles from our main office.
In-House Machining
Along with our electronics manufacturing Creative Werks Inc. provides our sister company Creative Arms LLC. with a full manufacturing facility for firearms and suppressor production. While we are not a job shop, we have access to these machines to produce prototypes with ease. With these machines we have very little limitations on what we can produce.
We use full 5-axis machining almost daily in our production. Allowing us to hold tighter tolerances and have less set up time.
In addition to our 5-axis production we have dual ST-20 lathes with automatic bar feeders and dual spindle capabilities.
